SurfaLube – Equipment Storage Fluid

Description:
SurfaLube is a plasticizer that prevents isocyanate polymers from forming crystals. Therefore, this solution is used for urethane dispensing and polyurea spray equipment for mid to long-term storage (up to 36 months). SurfaLube is ideal for winterizing rigs and can withstand severe cold environments without freezing.
SurfaLube is a high-performance lubricant. This solution can be stored under normal conditions and is compatible with several types of machines and transfer pumps made of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy.
This product is intended for use after the system has been properly flushed. SurfaLube is a perfect companion to NZD ISO Flush and/or SURF X Flush 2000. Introduce SurfaLube to the equipment through a spray line. The purpose of this is to prevent the formation of polyurea and crystallized isocyanates. These can form due to any remaining residue reacting with moisture in the air.
Preparing the System for Storage:
After the system has been flushed, the lines must be purged using the SurfaLube. This will allow any leftover cleaner to be removed. Once the purging step is complete, fresh SurfaLube can be introduced to the equipment to prepare for storage. Next, store the equipment in a cool, dry, moisture-free area until you are ready to use it again. When you are ready to spray again, start the unit and flush out the SurfaLube thoroughly.
Properties:
-Clear Liquid – Colorless to Slight Amber
-Odor – Mild
-pH of 6.5 – 7.5
Packaging & Storage:
Comes in 1 Gallon EasyPour Jugs, 5 Gallon Pails, and 55 Gallon Steel Drums. Keep these products in their original packaging stored at a temperature between freezing and below 100℉. When not using SurfaLube, keep the container closed and stored away from heat, sparks, and flames.
Safety & Handling Precautions:
Direct contact with SurfaLube causes skin irritation and serious eye irritation. It is important to wear gloves, eye protection, and other suitable protective clothing to prevent accidental exposure of this solution. There is an aspiration hazard if swallowed.
Environmental Benefits:
-ECO friendly, non-HAPs, non-flammable, recyclable, non-corrosive
-None of the ingredients are listed on CA Proposition 65 or EPA Hazardous Air Pollutants List
-Alternative to Phthalate-Phenol compounds
SurfaSeal – Bio-Based Lubricant

Description:
SurfaSeal is an environmentally friendly and silicone-free lubricant that provides protection to pump rods and packings by preventing coatings from drying up on them. Additionally, SurfaSeal lubricates the displacement rod that minimizes friction, wear, and abrasions on the components. This solution also enhances the lifespan of equipment by preventing flash rusting.
SurfaSeal is a companion product to GSP’s resin and urethane foam removers!
Directions:
Fill the pump wet cup halfway full of SurfaSeal. This will prevent premature packing wear while producing a high level of lubrication on the displacement rod. This action prevents flash rusting and extends the life of your equipment.
